We use kiln-dried hardwood as the foundation for all our furniture frames, minimizing the risk of warping and ensuring long-term durability. Every joint is crafted with traditional techniques such as dowels and corner blocks to strengthen structural integrity — a standard that sets handcrafted quality apart from mass production.
Frame Assembly

After each component is crafted, our team assembles the frame and conducts structural inspections to ensure perfect alignment, balance, and stability. Only approved pieces move forward for upholstery prep.

Foam Application
Sculpting
High-resilience foam is carefully applied and sculpted to shape, offering optimal comfort and contour. This step combines technical skill and artistic touch, tailored to each furniture design.
We work with multiple foam densities depending on seating function — from firm support for dining chairs to plush softness for lounge seating. Each layer is hand-shaped to achieve the perfect contour, enhancing both ergonomic comfort and a clean, tailored silhouette. Our sculpting process ensures every cushion retains its form over time.
Fabric Cutting
& Stitching
Based on the final frame and foam dimensions, our tailors cut and stitch upholstery fabrics to fit precisely. This ensures a wrinkle-free fit, clean lines, and efficient fabric usage per project specs.

Upholstery
Final upholstery by hand Fabric covers are carefully applied and finished, ensuring wrinkle-free tightness and form fidelity.
The stitched fabric is applied by our upholstery team, aligning patterns and securing every seam with care. Whether leather, linen, or velvet, each piece is upholstered for durability and visual harmony.
Each upholstery job is custom-executed to match the furniture's specific form and fabric characteristics — whether it's high-stretch synthetic blends, genuine leather, or natural linen. Our upholsterers ensure clean tension, aligned patterns, and seamless transitions between panels, resulting in a refined, high-end finish that's built to withstand real-world use.
The finished fabric is carefully upholstered onto the foam-padded frame. Our upholsterers align patterns, secure seams, and stretch the fabric tightly for a smooth, showroom-quality finish — whether it's fabric, leather, or synthetic material.
Wood Finishing
Polishing and coating solid wood parts Table legs, chair bases, and visible wood components are sanded, stained, or lacquered depending on the design. In some cases, finishing is done after upholstery depending on material flow.
Visible wood elements such as legs or arms are sanded, stained, and finished in-house. Depending on the design, this may happen before or after upholstery. Our finishing process enhances both durability and visual consistency.
Metal & Stainless Steel
Fabrication
Custom steel & stainless elements with matching finishes Furniture designs with S/S or metal elements are fabricated in-house and finished alongside the wood components.
For furniture designs that include metal or stainless steel parts, we fabricate and coat these elements in-house. Welding, sanding, and finishing are all performed under the same roof to ensure a perfect match with the overall design.
Final QC & Packing
Project-ready inspection and protective packaging Every piece is re-checked before delivery. We ensure consistency, surface quality, and protection for shipping or installation.
